Fournir un exemplaire papier au Président lors de la première séance d’entraînement + téléphone le jour du match. - Pour les titulaires d’un pass de 72 heures en vue du match de samedi, présenter vendredi soir à l’entraînement un exemplaire papier et/ou numérique du certificat, pour palier tout problème le jour J (exemple, RDV manqué le samedi matin, problème de lecture du QR code par le club recevant sur un écran défectueux, …)
Attention : réaliser le test au plus tard jeudi si c’est un RT-PCR, ou dans la journée de vendredi pour antigénique certifié par un professionnel.
